Jefferson has teamed
up with Johnson Development
to create Fall Creek, a gorgeous
forested community closer
to downtown Houston than
any other master-planned
community.
This project will
grow to include over
1400 homesites and first class
amenities including
a ten-acre recreation
complex with two pools, tennis courts,
picnic areas and
a 6,000 square foot community center
building. Located
within the community is the Redstone
Golf Club, which
is home to the Shell Houston Open
PGA Event.
